Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026.
1. About Caddy Lobby
CaddyLobby provides account, subscription, billing and bot-slot management features described on this website. Features and functionality may be updated or changed as the service develops.
2. Independent service
Caddy Lobby is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Epic Games or any other third-party game or platform provider. Use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable provider's own terms, policies and technical requirements.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not access or use another person's account without permission. Certain features may remain unavailable until your email address has been verified.
4. Plans and bot slots
Each subscription plan includes the bot-slot allowance displayed on the website and at checkout. You cannot create more active bot slots than your current plan allows. Changing or cancelling a subscription may change the number of slots available to your account.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions and renew at the billing interval displayed at checkout until cancelled. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Caddy Lobby does not store your complete payment-card number. Subscription management and cancellation options are available through the billing controls or Stripe customer portal where provided.
Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future renewals. The effective cancellation date and any remaining paid access will be shown through the applicable billing controls or confirmation.
6. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Australian law. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Caddy Lobby to break the law, interfere with security systems, access accounts without authorisation, misuse another person's information, disrupt the service, or breach applicable third-party platform terms.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, third parties or comply with legal obligations.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep Caddy Lobby available, but online services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, technical faults or changes made by third-party providers. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Caddy Lobby, our subscriptions or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.
