When you use Caddy Lobby, we may collect and store information including your name, email address, account details, email-verification status, subscription status, bot names and slot information, billing identifiers, account activity and security-related records.

Caddy Lobby also uses cookies or similar session technology to keep you securely logged in and operate account features.

2. How information is collected

Information is collected when you create or use an account, manage your subscription, create or manage bot slots, contact us, request account emails, or otherwise interact with Caddy Lobby. We may also receive limited account and billing information from service providers used to operate Caddy Lobby.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide subscription and bot-slot features, process and manage billing, send account and security emails, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers

Caddy Lobby uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service. These currently include Supabase for database services, Stripe for subscription payments and Brevo for transactional account emails. Hosting, networking and security providers may also process limited information required to deliver the website.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Caddy Lobby may store Stripe customer, subscription and payment-status identifiers needed to manage your subscription, but Caddy Lobby does not store your complete card number.

6. Email communications

Brevo is used to send transactional emails such as email-verification and password-reset messages. These emails are sent to the address associated with your Caddy Lobby account.

7. Overseas processing

Some third-party service providers operate internationally and may process or store information outside Australia depending on their infrastructure and services. Provider locations and processing arrangements may change over time.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect account and personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Caddy Lobby, maintain required business and billing records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
